Interfaith Housing is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) entity providing safe and affordable housing for low-income families in Bucks County.
We have over 80 scattered-site units in Bensalem, Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Croydon and Morrisville. Our units range in
size from efficiency apartments to 4-5 bedroom homes. We generally have a waiting list for our units.
Income qualifications are listed on our applications. As a general rule, total combined household income can be no more that 60%
of the Median Family Income amounts listed for Bucks County. Tenants do pay rent, as well as some utilities, depending on the
unit. Credit counseling may be mandatory as part of the rental and/or purchasing process. Section 8 Housing Vouchers may be
accepted for some units.

Please Note: Utilities not included. Minimum and maximum income requirements must be met, actual rental rates will vary by income. Residents must meet basic requirements including meeting the income requirements, both minimum and maximums; able to pass a thorough background check; able to pass a landlord reference check; able to obtain utilities and able to pay deposit and first-month’s calculated rent. Section 8 accepted and minimum income waived for Section 8 voucher holders.
